Our VSI is designed to produce high-quality sand and premium shaped aggregates.

Core VSI can take in throughputs of (-40mm) aggregates and produce highly cubicle products with minimum flakiness ratio. We offer 2 models 1300R and 1400R – depending on the desired throughput (TPH)

• Critical rotor wear components are made with high quality steel (high Chromium, Molybdenum, Nickel), rotor tips fabricated with Hi grade Tungsten Carbide – minimizes wear costs
• Automated oil lubrication panel for the spherical roller bearings (compared to conventional manual grease lubrication)
• Well-balanced rotor that can operate seamlessly at high speeds
• Installed bypass system at the top shell
